  • Corporate & Billing Details: Business/Company name, physical address, CIN, GST number, billing details, and payment information.

B. Meta & WhatsApp Integration Data

If you integrate your WhatsApp Business API through AgentTribe, we act as a data processor on behalf of your tenant workspace:

  • WhatsApp Session Data: Phone number IDs, WhatsApp API configurations, and authentication credentials.
  • Messaging Data: Contact numbers, customer names, incoming/outgoing text message content, and chat history.
  • Media Assets: Images, documents, and templates sent or received via WhatsApp.

C. Google OAuth & API Integration Data

To allow you to connect your Google Cloud and Gemini AI accounts directly to your AgentTribe workspace, we request consent via Google's secure OAuth 2.0 protocol. Through this process, we access and store:

  • Authentication Tokens: Short-lived OAuth access tokens (starting with ya29.) and secure background refresh tokens.
  • Basic Profile Information: User email address and profile picture (retrieved strictly to verify your identity and workspace assignment).
  • Requested Google Scopes:
    • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/generative-language.retriever (to allow our AI Agents to retrieve and interact with your Gemini models).
    • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/cloud-platform (to securely authenticate Google Cloud API calls for your active workspace).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information strictly to power your autonomous workforce and coordinate AI settings. Specifically:

  • To authenticate your workspace and deliver AgentTribe services.
  • To enable real-time messaging, catalog sync, and automated AI monitoring for WhatsApp Business workflows.
  • To execute AI tasks, generate responses, and retrieve model parameters using the Google Gemini integration on behalf of the tenant.
  • To securely refresh authorization tokens so that your integrations remain functional.

3. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

AgentTribe's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • No Data Sharing: We do not transfer, sell, or share Google user data (including OAuth tokens, profile details, or AI inputs) with third-party tool providers, advertisers, or data brokers.
  • No Model Training: We do not use Google user data or your input prompts to train, retrain, or improve machine learning or AI models.
  • Human Review: No human staff members can read or review your Google OAuth tokens or raw AI data unless you explicitly request customer support and provide direct consent for troubleshooting purposes.

4. Meta / WhatsApp Developer Compliance

We adhere strictly to the Meta Developer Policies and the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service:

  • All WhatsApp messaging data is processed securely through official Meta API endpoints.
  • Customer databases, message logs, and contact details are fully isolated per tenant workspace to prevent cross-contamination.
  • We only process, display, and log message histories as authorized by you to manage customer relationships and AI-driven automated flows.

5. Data Storage, Security, and Retention

  • Security: We employ industry-standard physical, electronic, and administrative security measures (such as SSL/TLS encryption, secure database hashing, and network firewalls) to protect your authentication tokens, WhatsApp logs, and corporate details.
  • Isolation: We enforce strict multi-tenant database isolation, ensuring your tokens, keys, and message logs are accessible solely by authorized users within your tenant workspace.
  • Data Retention: We retain OAuth tokens and integration configurations until you manually disconnect the integrations, delete your workspace, or request account termination.

6. Your Rights and Control

You maintain full control over the integrations connected to your AgentTribe workspace:

  • Revocation: You can disconnect your Google and Meta WhatsApp integrations at any time directly through the AI Settings dashboard.
  • Data Deletion: You can request the complete and permanent deletion of all stored messages, client lists, tokens, and billing details by contacting our support desk.
